Comprehensive Health Analysis

The process starts with a comprehensive health history being taken to assess where you currently are in regards to how your body is functioning.

We will discuss what your goals are, as well as any impediments you foresee as obstacles to you achieving your goals.

This program is a ‘whole foods’ approach so if you aren’t prepared to give up the processed foods this program isn’t for you.

Fasting Blood test

This single blood test looks at 36 different parameters within your blood.

These include inflammatory markers, blood glucose levels, TSH thyroid results, cardiac makers, pancreatic and liver enzymes, iron studies, and cholesterol levels. 

Results from your blood test will help form your own  nutritional requirements that will form the basis of your personalised metabolic balance plan.

The 4 Phase Metabolic Balance Program

The Metabolic Balance program includes four distinct phases. As you build on these phases your body adjusts so you can achieve results that stick like nothing else I’ve ever found.

Phase 1: Preparation

This is a 2-day cleanse, to prepare your body. The lack of effective preparation is the primary reason most programs create changes that only last a short while. This phase makes sure your results stick!

Phase 2: Strict Conversion

This is ‘where the magic starts’ – we support changes in your body using optimised, personalised nutrition. You’ll notice some major shifts happening during this phase.

Phase 3: Relaxed Conversion

Frequently Asked Questions

I have tried every approach out there and never had my results stick - how is this any different?

The majority of methods out there are overly generalised. Personalised tests are where we start with the Metabolic Balance Program – you get an insight into exactly what’s going on in your body that’s stopping you from achieving the health results you want (and have often worked hard for!) 

Is it just for weight loss?

No. Many clients find weight loss a side effect of the process but originally join for different reasons. Some have struggled with autoimmune conditions, fertility issues, skin conditions and more – and often for many many years. By understanding your body’s specific needs, your results will be specifically what is best for you and your body.  I’ve had clients with eating disorders healthily gain weight through this process, and I’ve had others who have had stubborn weight drop off after years of trying every diet they could!

Do I get any support throughout the 12 weeks?

We understand that motivation is hard to maintain. That’s why you’ll be supported through our Facebook group for the 12 weeks, and  1:1 fortnightly sessions with Sage & Ginger founder Wendy who has supported many people through this process.  The Metabolic Balance App is also included as part of your program, so you know what to eat and how to stay on track even when you’re on the go!
